Responsibities

 As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading Zill Consulting’s engagements with clients, developing deep client relationships, overseeing solution design and build, and delivering the value of Zill Consulting professional services. You will manage outcomes for clients, establishing and guiding client expectations and coordinating with Zill teammates to plan and execute program and platform objectives. You will connect clients’ business needs to technology capabilities and will shape the strategy, deployment and evolution of clients’ customer feedback programs. 

  • Own and manage client relationships, outcomes, and the overall client engagement
  • Lead and coordinate resourcing, work planning, and prioritization for service delivery teams
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to your clients and a leader at Zill Consulting
  • Design, plan, and implement strategic program roadmaps
  • Manage account and engagement health and profitability

 
Qualifications 

  • You must be a passionate client management professional with a commitment to producing exceptional results in a fast-paced, evolving, and high-output environment.
  • Educational and/or professional background in a quantitative field such as engineering, science, computer science, statistics, mathematics.
  • 5+ years of experience building and managing client relationships and delivering client success
  • Demonstrated ability to lead successful engagements for B2B SaaS companies or in technology consulting environments with complex service delivery needs, goals, and client relationships
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities, adeptness with technical concepts, and a facility for learning new technology applications
  • Comfortable operating under pressure, applying judgment, and navigating through ambiguous or challenging situations.

  • Experience with web-related technologies
  • Educational and/or professional background in a quantitative field such as engineering, science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or economics 
  • 3+ years of data analysis experience.  
  • Experience with technologies and languages, such as XML, HTML, CSS, Java, PHP, JavaScript, Jquery, JSON
  • A demonstrated interest in technology, including adeptness with technical concepts and an ability to learn new technology applications.
